Your Initial Visit

Paperwork

Before your initial visit we do require some information about you and your health. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the medical history forms. Thank you.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking lot located in front of the building. Other options include the Public Parking (free) located behind Serendipidy antique store and City Hall Public Parking (free) located on Mercedes St. Off street parking is available on Main St., Mercedes St. and any street close to the business location.

Consultations

Your consultation includes a full aesthetic evaluations by our practitioners, a full skin care analysis using woods lamp and a customized home skin care regimen. Consultations are complementary.

Cancellation Policy

We respect the value of your time and ask the same from you. Therefore, we request the courtesy of a 24 hour advanced notice for rescheduling or cancellating your appointments. If this request is not honored, a $75.00 fee will be incurred on your credit card.

Privacy

The privacy of your medical and personal information will be fully maintained by our office.
